For items shipping from our main warehouse in Newark, Nottinhanshire, SimplyTech Store can ship items on Monday – Friday via Parcel Force or City Link Service. For small items can be use Royal Mail Service. For all services, a “day” is a normal business day,not a weekend or holiday. When checking out at SimplyTech Store, the estimated delivery time for each service method is displayed along with the price.

Returns Information

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, SiplyTech Store offers a 7-day return policy (which begins on the day your order ships, with certain exceptions tel: 07454 955 679 or email: idealbath.simplytech@gmail.com.
With the exception of the products/services detailed below, returned SimplyTech Store equipment is eligible for a 100% store credit (less shipping charges) OR a credit back to your payment method less a 20% restocking fee (and less shipping charges).
However, if the SimplyTech Store procedures are not followed you may incur a reduced refund or no refund at all.
